1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the WorkAaj Platform (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

WorkAaj operates as an intermediary platform in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. The platform facilitates connections between service seekers and independent service providers and does not itself provide, supervise, or manage any services listed or offered through the platform.

WorkAaj does not create, control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of any user-generated listings, profiles, services, communications, payments, or outcomes.

3. User Eligibility

Users must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with applicable laws

4. User Responsibilities

Users undertake to act responsibly and ethically, providing truthful information, performing independent due diligence, and communicating safely with others.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not post fraudulent listings, impersonate others, engage in scams, misuse personal data, or attempt to disrupt the platform's security.

6. Personal Data Processing

WorkAaj processes personal data strictly in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, based on valid and informed consent.

7. Verification & Due Diligence

WorkAaj does not guarantee background checks, criminal history validation, or professional verification. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence.

8. Payments

All payments are directly between users. WorkAaj does NOT handle payments, is NOT liable for payment disputes, and does NOT guarantee refunds.

8.1 Usage Policy: At present, WorkAaj is free. Service seekers enjoy permanent free access. Service providers receive free access for the first 180 days from account creation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
